It seems if I ride my bike these days I will get rained on.  Today's thunderstorm was too much for me.  Having said that I would like to thank to good people of Vally Park for the use of their pavilion.

09:00 AM		 I took off on a long run today since it looked like rain, and no more than 2 minutes after I got back it started pouring. Lucky.
